So as I've mentioned, I start my new job in a couple of weeks, just off Eastern Road in Pompey.

I start work at 8:30, but it's just occurred to me I've not been that way in the morning rush for literally ages. So those of you who have, how long do you reckon I'll need to allow, is an hour and a half enough?

And am I going to be quicker going out through stubbington, then out through the back of fareham and over the hill then down through cosham, or just straight up the A32/M27?

I already know getting home through Fareham will be a pig, the A27 crawl is one I've been subjected to a few times in the evenings frown

It's got to be quicker to get the ferry and then cycle hasn't it?

Hell, depending on where you live it may even be quicker to use ferry, and bus in Pompey.

Just out of curiosity, how many PH's in Gosport?

It would be, except I need to have the car there as it's not office based and I need to be able to travel with no notice. Otherwise yes, it'd be better to catch the ferry for sure!
