My 17" MacBook Pro keeps shutting itself down, and I need a local Apple computer technician to pop round and have a look for me. Can anyone recommend a good one in the Bournemouth area?

I can ask our technician to diagnose it for you if you list all the info? He looks after all our stuff and knows his onions.

Write down all the info about the model, specs and exact symptoms and i'll pass it on to him if you like.

Have you tried the Apple shop in B'mth town centre? They might have a tech support section. Its a fair sized store and its always busy.

Yeah, I'd try in there. I've got quite a bit of kit from them and they seem good, called Solutions Inc.

Apple have an authorised service centre near the shop, but go to apple first as they will give you a discount card.
