Hi Paul thanks for the reply sorry been busy...the cars not been on the road for a while needs some fettling/tinkering and also no insurance so needs a ride really...thought someone would have a trailer or know someone but it seems not...thanks for your kind offer though Anyone? beer tokens at the ready

There's a website where you put your details of from where to where and people bid for your business. A mate used it to get his Spitfire delivered once he got it.

Ahh I see, although I thought that a towed car came under the insurance of the towing car??

Anyway if i can be of any help just give me a shout.

Not heard of that re insurance Paul...anyone clarify this??? Maybe follow the car in front with a length of rope dangling off their rear tow eye nudge nudge wink wink???

A friend used a company in Petersfield a while back called Move My Motor.
Apparently quite cheap, so maybe google them.
