Local jewller?

Morning all, I have a Seiko 5 that could do with a new screen and wondered if anyone had any experience of having such work done, ideally in the Worthing area. Or is it something I can do at home. I have had a look at Google and looks like specialist tools are required?

It's a shame as I haven't seen another one with the blue face and clear back before and the screen is ruined.
