There is no such thing mate, used three this year and all were useless! You basically have to be on the phone to them all day to anything done.

Brutton & Co in Fareham were pretty spot on for me a month or so back.

Had a brilliant guy from a place in bitterne for my first house, name escapes me now but I'll remember it later!

Only tip would be that if you are buying through 'your move', don't use their in house people ('premier property' maybe?) as they were cheap and awful!!
