Satellite installer wanted for RTL F1 coverage

Asked around a few people I found on Google but none seem to know much about how to get the F1 RTL coverage through Eutelsat (or whatever its called). Does anyone here know of a an installer not a million miles away from Hedge End who may be able to assist?
