Bit of a short-notice one, but I've heard there will be a rolling road day at Southways Automotive on 17th March. £25 a run for PHers.
Didn't know if anyone fancied going down? Last RR day had quite a good turnout. I believe it's 2WD, 550whp limit.

Would have been up for that but car wont be back on the road by then. Would have been interesting to see what difference my new larger decat pipe makes.

I mit well pop along to this especially as I see they now cater for TVR's. Would be good to know what they can and are willing to tackle on the Speed 6.

Is this just a turn up on the day affair, or is there a little more organisation? Time etc.?

I believe pre-booking was requested on their Facebook page but I should plenty will just turn up. That's how it usually happens isn't it?!

What he means by organisation and time is that he needs to arrange to put petrol in his 7 or it'll stop again ! laugh

Not until I've sorted out my fueling, she is running lean top end, looking at some new injectors and a re-map, may come down as a spectator though scratchchin

Have to bail out of this one, my check engine light came on last night and I don't want to risk running it until I get it checked.

Just got back, nice little setup they have down there. 324bhp was my best run (corrected engine power, which is apparently the most accurate). Was hoping for more, but not bad considering that was on normal supermarket unleaded, and most importantly the old girl gave a perfectly smooth power curve with a nice spread of torque.

The most accurate is at the wheels wink But the corrected figure is a pretty good estimate in a world of pub-figures.

After reading up on how the corrected number works I now understand it! 313bhp at the wheels smile
