Hi All

In the early stages of starting to get the ball rolling re extension on back of house. Can antone recommend such builders in the Southampton region?

Cheers

Depends on a couple of things..

Distance, what your existing consumer unit is, and what you want in the shed.

Distance to house - roughly 2 metres. Maybe 2.5.

Existing unit - grey box with many spare slots.

In shed need lights, electric radiator, two plugs. Also exterior plug to a run a trickle charger to carport.

In fact, can you PM me your number, and I'll call you to arrange a quote? biggrin

My Polish guys are pretty good - they've done several re-fits of my business, some garden walls and building at home, and some block-paved driveways and an extension for a friend.

They have that rare ability to be good, finish on time, and be good on price - although as they've now got such a good reputation and are booked a lot, annoyingly not quite as cheap as they once were biggrin but still consistently cheaper than anyone else.

The owner is now more of a mate as he's done so much for me. He's an easy chap to get on with, never gives you any grief even if you change the spec halfway throught the project, and occasionally if something isn't done the way you like it, he'll do it again without trying to charge you extra or moaning like a little bh biggrin most of all, he's always easy to get hold of, reliable, always returns your calls etc. and happy to talk in the evenings if needs be.

3M Builders (based in Romsey) Marek Miatkowski 07792 028708

PM me and I'll give you my name etc. before you call him if you like.
