As the title says really, can anyone recommend a good architect in the Portsmouth area for a simple single-storey extension at the back of a 3-bed terraced house please?

Michael - my Dad does them and is very reasonably priced. He is based in Baffins in Portsmouth too - if that is of interest message me your name and number and i`ll get him to call you. He is retired and does this from home now and then, so can come out as quickly as you want!
