Go to Lulworth Cove, rent kayaks, paddle to Durdle Door. Picnic, paddle back to Lulworth Cove. Go for a nice drive smile

The idea is to go explore abandoned buildings. I can, and have, been to the seaside lots.

Has Spitbank fort re-opened? I know it was sold again in the last few years and was having a refurb but ferry over from Gosport and an evening (and overnight stay if poss) there is great.

Oh, and the tunnels up on Portsdown Hill are quite interesting inside.

Both of these are obviously more commercialised than the urban explorer concept mind..

Wandering around the forest near us you'll come across lots of bits of war time history; old runways, bombing ranges etc.

Abandonned buildings? Try Tyneham village.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyneham
(And then you could nip over to Lulworth, rent some kayaks...)

The scenery down that way really is spectacular. Perhaps this: http://www.flyingfrenzy.com/
Perfect weather for learning at the moment.
