Chewton Glen is my recommendation. I have stayed there a few times, great service, not exactly cheap though

If it's a nice evening you cannot beat the location of the Jetty. Sit outside on the wicker sofa before you eat, a glass of champagne in hand and watch the water calm your worries away smile

Priceless.............. I remember regularly blagging my way into their swimming pool when I was an out of control nipper.
