Picked up a new (used) VW today but it has only one flip key.

Any suggestions for where to get a duplicate cut and coded? Portsmouth area preferable, possibly Fareham/ Soton/ Chi - even better if the business belongs to a PHer.

There's a locksmith in Havant, in the parade of shops near the railway station, chap in there is very good at car keys and coding, bit of google required to find him.

Do new keys need to be coded to the car with Vagcom? Seem to remember something along those lines from my Skoda-owning days
