Im Booked!!

I see a few others on the list from the South Coast and feel we should "invade" the North en mass.

Suggestions for meeting Point welcome assuming the A34 is the preferred route, Hedge End seems to lend its self well??

Who's going?

I'll go for a 'maybe'. I'll be in a new Peugeot 208 e-HDi, and the performance specs don't look overly promising...

Stay with me fella's

Google maps says 2 hrs from Pompey via A34, sunday morning and PH Gods driving should halve that, however, i think 2 hours from Winnall would get us there in good time for the 9AM opening.

My suggestion is a meet at Hedge End, for those coming from the east, for about 0630, depart for Winnall at 0645.
Fly into Winnall Tesco for 0700 to join up with the West Side Massive.....Aaayyyy!! who will be on the grid and ready for the off.

Please feel free to add your own thoughts

Its a lot less than 2 hours smile

90 mins tops I get from Southampton to Walsall in about 2hr 25 on a Sunday and that's a lot further than silverstone!

If we go a similar pace to the last SS it will only take an hour!

No need to rush Greg, the 2 hours given will allow arrival for 9am opening time. Previous experience suggests if we are there half hour early we will be let in anyhow. Always careful in my journey times, allowing for hold ups, breakdowns, late arrivals etc
wink

Will it be possible to get a few corners involved in the route this time instead of the motorway...
