Anyone used Paintgard in Waterlooville?

Looks good Eddie. I was considering getting this done on the Z4, but thought it probably wasn't worth doing on my car. Definitely would on yours though!
I saw your front offside arch at TWS meet, seemed to have an odd paint finish, like a run. I'm pretty sure you'll need to wait a few weeks after any new paint to allow the vapours to evaporate before wrapping - sure you already know this though!

Eddie if it was my car I would have the whole front end clear wrapped, the GT3 i look after had it done after it was resprayed and detailed so paint was perfect underneath. It gives a much cleaner look than having a patchwork of stuff all over the front.
In this pic the front wing, leading edge of the rear wing front of the sideskirts and mirrors are all covered, you can see the reflections on the wing are not quite as good as the door but its still very good.

I am down at Regal tomorrow so will I will find out who did it and txt you the details if you want.

Thanks Luke. I'll have a think about having the front end done 100% if you think its a better deal.
Dan, Steve at Paintguard says to wait 10 days after paint for it to cure. Car comes back to me early next week and its booked in for the 23rd so thats a good 2 weeks anyway.
Car got picked up today and is now back at Merc. Excellent service so far:

I'd be interested to see how Paintgard weighs up in cost against Paintsheild.
I started a similar topic a couple of weeks ago and since then have been comparing the two companies. Have researched their products impartially with their suppliers. I have decided to opt for Paintshield even though they're in Peterborough and probably more expensive. Just my choice - nothing against Paintguard.Either way, it's quite an investment but hopefully will be worth it, if only for piece of mind............................
