What a great morning! It was a bit of an early start but aat least it meant that the roads were nice and clear all the way to Gaydon. That was a very very good drive up biggrin

We had our own little mini convoy from Winnal: HaylingJag and his passenger Doorman in the XJR, AlyR32 in his RS4 (that Milltek sounds epic by the way), and E38Ross in his 728i which was just as quick as the rest of us.

There was a bit more traffic on the way back but it wasn't too bad...

Ross - you had left by the time we decided to head back - hope you had a good journey home.

As far as the cars were concerned, there were too many to mention but some of my favourites (in no particular order) were a GT3 in a beautiful baby blue colour, a GTR with some stunning HRE wheels, a mint Integrale and a 3.0 CSL. There were loads of Jags there as well including the XFR-S which still looks odd with that spoiler and the wheels...

My ears are still ringing from standing behind the V8 S F type when it started up... not to mention the noise coming from the V12 XJR 9 which Andy Wallace was in.

I even bumped into a customer of mine who had brought along his (company) XKR-S...

And the free bacon butties and hot drinks were a real bonus.

All in all an excellent way to spend a sunny Sunday morning.

Appalingly, I didn't take many photos - I'm sure the other guys took loads - but I did get one of 3 of our 4 cars. Darren's XJR got a special parking place so was lined up elsewhere.

Glad you had a good time, were some absolutely lovely cars there. Your XF-R sounded epic on the run up!

Drive back wasn't too bad, a bit too much hassle traffic but we made decent time.

My 728i didn't do too badly hehe
