Can't remember their name, but on Burgess Road, Swaythling, as you go past the Mcdonalds on your left, there's a garage just past there on your left that do it...had my old M3 ones done there a while ago.

Old post but.... there is a site listing brake disc skimming garages here:

which shows garages using procut brake lathes.
