Massive thanks to Steve who 'popped' round on his way home on Saturday and ended up spending 5 hours with me waiting for the breakdown truck and then driving back to Fareham to open up the workshop.
Sorted the electrical problem out yesterday and all is fine.
Got a call from Rich re picking the car up, unfortunately I was in Windsor at
4pm and would not be back till gone 6pm. He very kindly offered to come back to the workshop at around 7pm to open up for me to collect the car.
Fantastic approach to customer service.

They really are a couple of good eggs. Kept them a bit late the other night just chatting, but decent approachable chaps.

Steve gave me a similar service on Monday evening. He called in to look at my non-starting Chimaera on his way home. Spent an hour getting it running and then popped home for a part. Wasn't even going to charge me so I slipped him some beer tokens.
