Wickham Square Boxing Day

Hi everyone,

What's the deal with the car show on Boxing Day in Wickham Square?

I attended last year (too late though) and was curious as to see what the best time was to arrive.

At the moment it looks to be the decent day over the entire holiday period. So it'll be busy I expect

Best time is early, around 7.30 I'd imagine. If in a car be prepared to get boxed in and unable to escape till about 12!!! I'm on the bike if it's not heaving down.

Not been for years, it was oversubscribed back then when all the TVR mob tried to attend, i will be giving it a miss, Romsey is the same, there is definitely mileage in a South Coast meet of Classic and Sports cars, both venues are to small IMO.

I have a lie in, eventually get up, full English breakfast, lounge around with family and get dressed at around lunch time!!

It's been getting worse over the last few years so this year I've decided to give it a miss.

The turn out is fairly weather dependent.

I'll be there, not missed a year since 1987.

Spot on Dan! I keep promising to pop over there as I'm relatively close, but when it comes down to it, I just can't be arsed to roll out of bed and get down there!!
