Plastic bumper repairs - Southampton/Romsey area?

I have a damaged front bumper/spoiler on my Audi A4, the bumper is pushed in and split. It looks as though, other than replacing the whole thing, the only repair would be to cut out the damaged area and plastic weld in a part from a secondhand bumper. It is possible that the repair cost would be similar to the cost of a new bumper (£405), so repair would not really be worth doing.

Can anyone recommended a bumper repair specialist in the Southampton/Romsey are who could do the repair?
