Segensworth Automobiles - any feedback?

Please excuse the intrusion into the South Coast - I'm looking for some feedback on Segensworth Automobiles in Fareham on behalf of a female friend who isn't too confident dealing with garages. Nothing detailed required, just some comfort that they are not rip off merchants.

Could not find them on a search, are they car sales or garage?
Try My Purple Garage for mechanical work & mot's run by a woman mainly for women, or for car sales Richard Mitchell Car Sales Park Gate, the most genuine and helpful car salesman you could wish to meet.

I have used them, they are very good. Rhianon (female) owns it so good for female customers. Good bunch of mechanics and have never tried any funny business with me or my wife when we have taken cars there.
