Little Prang - Anyone know a good dent remover near Poole?
Discussion
Like an idiot, I just managed to reverse my 1 series into my gates. Have a dent as follows:

The question is, does anyone think this can be sorted with a mobile dent type company or am I looking at a body shop job? I think the bumper is plastic so may be a whole bumper off but not entirely sure.
Assuming it can be fixed without a body shop, can anyone recommend a good local company?
Thanks
Gary

Yeah, I heated up my Clio 172 bumper and formed it back to shape. Easy enough to do.
how much heat are we talking, hair drying or more?Might be worth attempting it on a hot day ( i found out removing window stickers and body work stickers is best done in the afternoon on a hot summers day)

I assume I'll need to take the bumper off to be able to push it back to shape? Does not look like I can get me hand behind it in situ!

Arse !
Are the gates OK ?! Doris scraped our gates with her A4, and did more damage to the gates and automation than the car ! I'll text you a guy I use in Parkstone, real Artisan, his own low bake and mixing scheme.. In the alley behind what used to be Blockbusters, opposite the Victoria Cross..
