Computer Help Needed

We've just had our wireless hub changed and my laptop is saying its connected to it but its not able to open up internet explorer. It worked perfectly fine with the old hub and all other devices like iPads etc are working fine with the new hub. I'm absolutely useless with computers, so basically I'm after someone to come and have a look at this for me. Can anyone recommend a mobile PC troubleshooter (if that's what they are called) in the Waterlooville area.
