Hi All, just after some recommendations, we're staying in Eastbourne (Martello Beach Holiday park) in a few weeks time for a week:

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/137+Eastbourne...

The beach adjacent looks to be quite stony/Pebbly

Looking for some recommendations in the area (5-10 miles east or west) for beaches with easy-ish access (baby in a buggy), sandy, preferably a Café or something shore side or very nearby.

We live out of the area so have no idea so looking to the PH masses for assistance. Thanks in advance!

Sadly you're heading to the wrong part of the world if you want sandy beaches.

Hastings can have a bit of sand when the tides out, otherwise you'll need to travel to Camber Sands. Tbh all the beaches are stoney around here frown

Birling Gap and Cuckmere Haven are reasonable pebbly beaches.

Bexhill and Hastings I wouldn't write home about.

Your best bet (for everything except the sand!) is Pevensey Bay just to the East of your site. A free car park on your left (behind a concrete wall) just as you approach or a pay and display in Sea Road right on the beach. A very good café/cake shop backs onto the beach here too.
Unfortunately as already mentioned your nearest decent sandy beach is Camber Sands but car park will be £10 and it's a long steep climb with a buggy through the sand hills to the beach and back again when the kids decide they want an ice cream or the loo. No facilities at all on the beach.
