Dawn Dash to Cheddar Gorge 2.0 - September

I think everyone who came last time will agree that the last outing was a real success, so after a few gentle nudges from the breakfast meet regulars, it seems only fitting that I look at organising another trip to The Gorge and stunning settings of Woodford Lodge lakeside cafe.

Given that we are now in peak summer season and almost every week/weekend is filled with either car shows, Motorsport events, holidays, BBQ's and weddings, I think finding a date suitable will prove difficult. Therefore, I'm proposing we look at the first or second Sunday in Sept?

Same car limit as last time, 20 cars. I feel this was a manageable number for the 4 of us with walkie talkies. We also have to take in to consideration other road users and the cafe preparing food in advance of our arrival.

I'm going to keep the meeting time and location to a need to know basis. Once we've filled the register, I'll contact everyone individually either by email/text with the time and location in the lead up to the day.

For the benefit of anyone that didn't come to the last one and is considering it, this is not a race or rally. Please take a look at the sort of cars that attended the last event and decide if your car would be a good fit
