I'm sure I'll get locked up one day the things I get away with on the road, (what a buzz coming into work this morning!)so I'm tempted for a half day trackday at Goodwood, I've only had my Sube 2 months, I have PPP (including the Pro drive exhaust) all standard otherwise AFAIK apart from a shock upgrade
It'd be great to get it on a track, in the past with my TVRs and Maserati I've been reluctant to do a proper one due to the high cost of parts, altho I have done a couple of track days on my old motorbike and a tuition day in a lotus exige at Thruxton.

Before I go down and get it tested at Goodwood, would anyone know if its under the decibel limit? I assume it is but not sure! The track limit for the day is 98dB

Cheers

If the car is standard (PPP is pretty standard) then yes it will be fine.
Bearing in mind the De Tomaso's, Lambourghini's etc that wizz round and round then it will be under. Without a decibel meter though it is impossible to know what it is.

Don't know if your ever nearby there but apprantly you can drop by if they have something on and get it checked out if you give them a ring before hand.

Any day they have the track open they are happy to test your car.
Mine was 117 last time it was checked so will have to cut the boxes open for a bit of re-packing.

I went on a track day earlier this year @ Goodwood in a Renault 21 Turbo - i got warned for being to loud & had to tone it down pass the fixed noise meters......as long as it's not too loud on boost you should be ok...

Have fun - it's a fanatastic circuit - really fast & very easy to learn...
