'chipsaway' or similar on the south coast

Need to get my mother's car un-dented. Has anyone used any of these types of car repair people and what were the results like? I've heard mainly good things but a personal recommendation is always nice - obviously it's a franchise so results can vary!

The damage is a scratch in a plastic bumper, with a bit of a dent in the plastic if that makes any difference...

Alternatively, any decent bodyshops people know of near Winchester/Southampton would also in interesting, but the damage is so minor i don't think it really warrants a 'proper' place if you know what i mean!
