For those that know me/the car from south coast runs: biggrin

Finally got the car back on the road after the spin that damaged the rear bodywork. See here:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Took a fair bit of help from various people as I am a real beginner with it all, but took the opportunity to sort out the interior and some rust on the chassis etc. Think the engine needs an oil service but other than that all seems fine and dandy smile, so I though I'd post some pics as I'm so pleased with meself wink

New Dash and tunnel cover:

New rear end (ooer):

New firewall and boxed in electrics. (over the original Ally plate).

New 5" lamps and teeny indicators to replace "the hoooge" nine inch jobbies and caterham indicators that were on there.

Close up of the switchgear:

All lit up:

Now my daughter can come on a run too!:

Really pleased with how its turned out for a first go, learnt loads (especially about wiring mad). Just got to finish the interior of the boot and decide on how to trim the edges of the cockpit, now I don't have any interior side panels... I have abs cut to fit as new panels but actually quite like it without them on.

Criticism welcome. :P

Nice work, glad it's all back together. Those dash lights would look spot on in one of my driving shots, we'll have to hook that up sometime.

That would be great! I'll have to finish it all now!

Cheers for the thoughts people. Still a bit more work to do but it feels much more like my own car now.
