Roadtrip upto Silverstone for FIA GT weekend - sunday 2.5.10
Discussion
Anyone thinking of heading up for the sunday races on the GT weekend - May 2nd? Good chance to see many modern supers ripping around the circuit and checking them out during prep, in the pits pre-race:
"Featuring the new FIA GT1 World Championship, along with the first round of the GT3 European Championship, there will be six one-hour races from these categories. Aston Martin, Corvette, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Porsche, Nissan and Ford: such evocative names, such beautiful cars, and all racing for ultimate glory at Silverstone."

Arrive 0900, via some non-highway roads?!?

Rich. Forever there for the Chevis!
Good stuff Chris - a longer version of jan 2nd's run...without the slip-sliding! A route we must plan.
Dave - doesn't seem to be any info about a Viper convoy yet. I don't fancy going the long way round this time, although it is quite a spectacle: being part of a 15 viper convoy!
