I know its probably going to be wet and miserable, being a bank holiday n'all. Is anyone meeting up in the south?

there is a breakfast club at Goodwood on Sunday - its "everything but the car" so great if you own a tank or fighter jet, might take my good lady's Mega Truck, which is the most inappropriate naming of vehicle I have ever seen- its not Mega, but if that name was to be kept the truck bit would be better replaced by Phuck....anyways I digress. Hope the Sun comes out.....cheers

Hi, up for anything within reason, Goodwood's not out of the question, but am open to persuasion about anything else....looking for a reason to give the IS-F an airing!

Yeah, o.k., no concrete plans so far, so if the weather's reasonable, don't mind having a look out.

I would LOVE to see how the M5 fairs against the IS-F! Only been for a ride in one and damn that thing flies! I know it always feels quicker as a scared passenger though! Wasn't planning a trip out but would be interested in a "safe spirited play"

I'd be coming from Poole so if anyone wants to make a suggestion based on a half way house then i'm all ears. Early meaning before the traffic builds.

Well up for taken the Esprit out so put me down for tomorrow morning

There are some great roads where i'm from just off A31 Winchester.

A272 is always good as is the A31 or even the Stockbridge to Salisbury road

Ok, looked at the map and i think i have a route worth taking in. Its off the Cadnam Junct of the M27/A31 and heads out toward Fordingbridge taking in the nice roads on the heath / moor.

Route:
So, its off the M27 or A31 depending on your direction and onto the B3078 toward Brook. Keep heading NW taking the B3078 (left fork) at the B3080/B3078 Junct and onto Godshill. Keep going to the A338, under the flyover and into Fordingbridge. Turn right at the mini roundabout, and keep going until we meet the A338 slip. Power along for afew miles until the right turn onto the B3080, through Downton, past Morgans Vale and Woodfalls. The roads then get a bit more rural, alot straighter and hopefully much quieter until coming back onto the B3078 and on to the M27/A31 via Brook. There is a large car park at the Green Dragon pub in Brook where we can stop before and after if you wish.

Take a look on google earth to see whats on offer and post below if your up for it. Or if you have a better route then please feel free to suggest. I chose this route because it looks quite central so hopefully we can all make it.
