Body shop, Bournemouth area..
Discussion
I know this will have been done before but any highly recommended shops around? My wife will need some work on her Clio 197 (done through the insurance company) so we want somewhere that we can be certain will do it right first time, and supply a loan car.
Advice on a post card please......

a mate of mine is very good but doesnt have a loan car im afraid
Based where? We do have a spare car so a loaner isn't 100% necessary, it just makes things easier for drop off and collection.2 5HAN said:
Sorry just saw this again
Friend of mine works for Darracot not heard anything negative.
They are the sister shop of Jestys in X-Church
Spooky. Just booked in at Darracott. Not sure of the quality of the work, but the Customer Service can't be faulted.Friend of mine works for Darracot not heard anything negative.

A good lesson there for many organisations; you can do a fantastic job but if your customer facing function is pants you let yourself down badly (I used to use a bunch of guys who were fantastic at bodyworks stuff, but were crap as far as every other business area was concerned).

However if I was paying for it myself I would go to Insignia as he is just as good but a whole lot cheaper. Insignia are on the insurance company lists I guess he just didn't pop up this time for you.

My eldest brother worked for Roy Peach from 1980-1986 as a panel beater before moving to the U.S and A to run a much larger shop himself, which he still does!
If Darracott have the same exacting standards now as they did then, you'll have no problems.
