Right, here's the requirements - looking for a decent WRX Estate (bugeye not classic) for between £4-6k. Service history a must! Can't be too far away from Hampshire (live nr Winchester).

So far the ones I've been interested in have already gone (S20004U in Ropley and ATD Direct in Fareham). Have been to main dealers and they wanted £7k (!!!) for a very scruffy 03 plate with almost 70k on the clock. So anyone know of any dealer (who don't advertise on ebay, autotrader, motors.co.uk) that has one in stock? Needs to be a dealer as I want to trade in our 2000 Focus at the same time.

Looking to go car shopping again on Friday so would REALLY like some suggestions! Nearest good 'un I've found so far is in Oxford which is a trek if it turns out to be not that nice...

S20004U dont have the best name, suggest a Google search or a trawl through various forums before parting with any money, there are some horror stories.

Indeed, I'd heard that they were not popular with some forums - the car they had was gone anyway!

On the plus side, bought a car today anyway!!!

Hard to find one if you call it an Estate. It's a Wagon biggrin

I know - lots of places list it as a "Hatchback" but it's clearly an estate (based on looks anyway, hardly a Volvo load lugger in the back)!

All these different terms sure made setting up ebay searches more difficult! thumbup
