anyone else seeing odd clouds? Alton Area

Just had my mum on the phone asking me to look on internet / news if there was any chemical fire in the area she should know about, as they have bright green and blue clouds at the moment!!! She's trying to get video / photo's, unfortunately she's a bit lame on both fronts

I was at work on Friday in Alton and didn't see any odd coloured clouds. It was probably the brewery as has already been said.
