OK... I've picked up a ridiculous number of stone-chips on my Cerb. Can anyone recommend a body-shop who can do a GOOD repair job in the Hampshire area?
Paint is a Lambo colour and has very fine multi-coloured flakes in! frown

Also, when it's done' I'd like to get the front protected with Armour Guard or similar... Any recommendations?

Had a fair bit of work done on the Chimaera for one reason or another, all at Liphook Coachworks. They are neither the quickest or the cheapest but I have always been really pleased.

Also heard that Terry Blake on Hayling is pretty good, known him for more years than I care to remember but never used him personally, only on a trade basis, no experience of his GRP work though. There is a guy here taking his Cerb for a full respray, and another member had the front of his Wedge done there.

Cheers Mark. Liphook coachworks are on my list as I work about 5 minutes away from them and they are really good but, as you say, not fast or cheap!

Terry Blake on Hayling has done some work for me recently- very happy & recommended for sure. Maybe you could wrap the front end in same colour as opposed to amourguard, something I have considered but not looked into?

Not a bad idea, won't need painting then! Do they do wrap in Lambo Diablo Purple?

from what I have seen they can match most colours, even barbie purple- only thing I was advised was that the surface has to be good for wrapping, so it will still need painting unfortunatly- then you need some time for the paint to go off etc so no good wrapping (and suppose amour fending) right after paint. I need to do some more research, views above are only based on a couple of conversations with wrappers- culd be speaking out of my a.

.....just for the record, I quite like barbie purple.

I think you mean, Ross Packard, he did a fabulous job on my mates Maser and he does most of the work for Emblem sports cars too.

I believe Liphook Coachworks do the bodywork for Ferhursts so I guess they're pretty good.

yes And they used another place too for a period. Had good results there too. Makes my car sound a right bodyshop queen but it's not like that hehe

I'm just a fussy bugger.
