My brother in law is going to be looking to get his TVR leather interior re done in the new year and I said I would find out from the masses if anyone has any recommendations. He lives in Emsworth so the nearer the better. Any advice appreciated.

I was gonna ask the same question on here today. Im considering getting the bolsters on front seats retrimmed to give them some protection. They are not at all worn at the mo but i can see where getting in and out of the seats might cause an issue later. Any recommendations?

Dr Wolff had his seat done in Southampton - Hampshire Trimmers I think they are called, I seem to remember him being pretty impressed, but now less impressed with the city itself frown

Try Rei-Trim in Southampton, well regarded by classic car owners.

There used to be a firm in Swanmore, same estate as that van place we looked at Jim. Years back they were known as Seats Galore before being taken over - think they may have become rei-trim. Always had a good reputation esp as Phil points out there with the classic owners.

Try Wessex car trimming in Southampton.
They did the bolsters in my Series1 RS Turbo a few years back and made a lovely job of it.
My mate at Tremona Garage always uses them.

I have used them and would also recommend them.

Excellent response, thanks chaps. I will forwards them on to him. Its a Wedge he has as it goes, hes has done loads to it but the interior needs a full re vamp.

As for Tremona Garage, I popped in there last week. I spoke to Malcolm about servicing mine and was very impressed with them. Very friendly and welcoming and a very tidy garage too which is always a good sign. Im going to be taking it in mid January for a full service and general check over. Thanks for this recommendation guys.

Also worth a mention, he has a new engine which he is in the process of sorting out prior to fitting it and has had several bits powered coated by the wheel specialist in Fareham. They have done a cracking job and he is very pleased. The red is the same as the colour of the car and the quality is tops.
