I am interested - can you provide further details

I have been to this venue and we did a partner car share race

presumably for £40 its just 1 person in a car for a specified amount of time? i.e no swapping?

I only ask because i had a dodgy knee and probably wouldnt be able to jump out of a kart so quick but i should be OK if i only have to get in and out once and its not rushed.

Well for £40 we can do either team or sprint. I'm fine with either & have no preference on that.
