WANTED Lockup or Small Work Shop EASTBOURNE Area

Hi,I trying to find a Lockup garage or small workshop to rent in the Eastbourne area.
I want this to store and work on a restoration project so it must have electricity and be in an area where the nieghbours wont complain about noise.
