Southampton Parking

I will be going to Southampton city centre next Sunday to take my daughter to see the Chinese New Year celebrations and I want to know if there is cheap city centre parking as I am sick of being ripped off at the West Quay/Ikea car parks.

Bedford Place, although if you get to West Quay after 5pm, it's only a pound...

The Eastgate multistory is a bit cheaper.

Actually, scratch that. As it's a Sunday you can park in most streets around the whole city for free. Closest to the CNY events would be Polygon I'd imagine, behind Bedford Place.
