Something that has affected my speech temporarily, and eating so I won't be able to eat anyway.

Maybe I can take a notepad and pen and write what I want to say down!

And it's made me feel slightly dizzy!

As offered above, there are spare seats in the M if you are not capable of driving and want a lift (offer includes hubby too).

Ha! That would be an easy one to deal with Pete (Hope she's not reading?), unfortunately the car is still in Winter hibernation back in Bournemouth and im not. Hoping to get that sorted in the next couple of weeks though, fingers crossed!
