Chris Evans has announced this morning that he'll be bringing his Carfest event to the NW, to be held in the fantastic grounds of Cholmondeley Castle, home to the Pageant of Power www.cpop.co.uk, over the weekend of the 8th & 9th September.

It's not cheap but if the line up is anything like the one just before it, it's well worth the money. The tickets sold out for the first one before I got chance to buy. I could well be tempted this time around.

It was sold out at 0815 and 10 minutes later tickets were on ebay at grossly inflated prices
