My girlfriend drives on all of those roads mentioned when she comes to visit when i'm at my parents. She lives near Ellesmere so her route goes Ellesmere-Witchurch-Tarporly-Knutsford via the Red Fox junction mentioned in that article.

I think that they are targeting the wrong part of Cheshire!
