Hotel in or near Chester

Can anyone recommend a nice inexpensive hotel in or around Chester, or perhaps even Heswall?

Have stayed at The Mill hotel in Chester, don't remember that being particularly expensive.

There is the Tudor Rose which is in between Chester and Heswall, I think it's a premier inn but its clean and nice enough for a nights sleep.

Theres always the travel lodge at the glegg arms if you want cheap, The Ship Inn in Parkgate, Thornton Hall do the odd cheap deal(worth calling and asking), theres a couple in Bromborough including "the village" all depends on what you class as inexpensive

I stayed at the comfort inn on hoole road on friday night for £35. not bad either. booked through laterooms.

You got Premier Inns in Chester centre, just outside (Twirl of Hay pub), the Chester to Heswall road has the Tudor Rose then the Glegg Arms on the roundabout at Heswall.
