Wheel refurb in Sheffield

Can anyone recommend any decent wheel refurb places in Sheffield, preferably well priced too. Wheels are starting to corrode and I need to sort them out.

metal magic in barnsley are quite well known and have done a good job on the ones weve had done there...

I had some wheels done at Metal Magic and within a year they've bubbled up and look like they've been painted with 'hammered' Hammerite!

I've used a place in Dronfield before (on way to Chesterfield). Think they charged about 40 quid per wheel, and that was to get rid of a few blemishes and then spraying them. If you want their number let me know, as I'll have to dig it out.

AP tyres at Parkgate

I second AP Tyres at Parkgate, Rotherham. Used them for several years, always come across as honest and not out to rip me off. Just had to book my MK5 GTI in as the previous refurb done on the alloys 2 years ago (at Gilders, where you'd hope for better)has started to not only peel, but is actually already corroded under the tires, causing more leakage.

Taking mine to them on Tuesday for a full refurb - they quoted £45 a wheel for a full (ie not just a quick grind down and respray - the full blasting down and repainting of the whole alloy).

Ive just had my Crossfire SRT6 wheels refurbed at The Wheel Clinic Sheffield, great service, as good as new, very pleased with them, all four wheels done 18" fronts and 19" rears, including removing old tyres, fitting my new tyres new valves and balanced all ready to fit, £268 in vat.
