SMART repair York/Driffield

I recently bought a Boxster which has come with one or two scuffs and chips - I have used Chipsaway to repair a car before and they did a good job but I've lost the details of the particular chap who came out last time.

Can anyone recommend a mobile paint repairer who operates in the Driffield/York area? I'd rather not have to take it to a bodyshop and leave it there, and the chances are some will use a SMART repair guy anyway.

Well, in that case I'd recommend MW Bodyworks in Elvington. He does all Gmund Cars work for them and I know people who have used him.

Had my daughter's (Lambourghini pink, I kid you not) done at MRS or similar on the old Twydales site in Driffield, and they did a top job.

Paint was a FORTUNE like £250 a litre, sp glad it was only a rear wheelarch, not the whole car !

For servicing we use FORSMART, an ex Mercedes / SMART guy based in York, but he's mobile,and does a fine job, at a decent price.

The point about mobile servicing is quite handy to know too - I tend to do my own but might get it done 'professionally' to keep up with the history on the Boxster.
