Yeah, i noticed a diversion sign on the main road to divert everyone down to the ring road instead of down roundhay road from 8-9 pm.

Sucks if you are on roundhay road at 8ish, the police will stop you moving while you are surrounded by chav kids scratching up your car.

I parked at a friends house who lived across the road from the park last year. Made the return leg much easier as I just went to his after the display. Might have to slum it on public transport or attempt a power walk today.

Hopefully there wont be any tits setting off fireworks as people walk past like last year!

You can park outside my house if you want. Its about 15-20 min to walk into the park but you avoid all the leaving traffic.

Cheers for the offer but I set off shortly after typing my last post on here. Parked at a friends in Meanwood and got the bus to Harehills before a quick stroll to the park. Did you go?
