Anyone in Yorkshire with access to Ford IDS? Key progamming

Hi, I have a Mk1 Focus, got a spare key cut a while ago meaning to get someone I knew to program it but I can't get hold of him.

I only have one working key, while I can program the remote I can't add any the new PATS key [as you need 2 that both start the car]. So I need someone with access to a Ford IDS machine to program it for me. Anyone local able to help, or is it going to be a case of visiting a main dealer?
