Premises to rent, Harrogate?

Hi guys,

Just seeing if anyone knows of any premises, approximately 50-80sqm in or around the Harrogate area? Either to buy or rent, doesn't make much difference to me. The one i had my eye on looks like its going to end up with someone else annoyingly.

The only one I can find within budget and size is within the same business park as Swissvax, my profile may explain why that's a bit silly!

Can't help on the space front Tom as I have just had to reduce mine and, the Testarossa now lives outside! May I ask a favor though please? In your line of work have you come across any local and good dent repair guys in Harrogate?

I rang a highly recommended one on here a few weeks back and he seemed pretty unenthusiastic and would need to travel. It's put me off a bit. Louise's Z4 has a small ding on the rear wheel arch so i would rather have someone that I can rely on to know what they are doing.

How near to Harrogate do you need to be?

There are some units to rent from a company called Evans Easyspace at Marston Moor Business Park near Tockwith, but this is nearer to Wetherby than Harrogate.

I can recommend a dent guy who is very very good, but again not in Harrogate, he is in Sherburn in Elmet.

He is Colin Wood and trades as Woodpecker dent removal. He has taken dents out of my, my wifes and my parents cars. He can be hard to get hold of as he works in Germany but his work is second to none

I don't know how far he travels day to day, but he has done repairs at Bramham for me, and he travels to Germany to repair hailstone damage. I would ring him and ask if he would go to Harrogate (I would even take my car to him - he is that good).

Thanks for the compliment about the 993. I have seen your Ferrari around (Harewood event last year and Malton Breakfast?). Your 3.2 Carrera was better though!

I've used Dentrepairs, a lad called Phil that does the Harrogate area.

Has done a fair few for me and always been please with the work!

Hi Tom,

Both Autoglym's building and Prestige Valetings build will be up for grabs early next year as they are both moving to new premises.

Not Harrogate based but works this area and does a first class job.

Have you tried Feather Smailes and Scales? I think they are something like FSS4property on the web, they advertise commercial property for sale or lease. There are certain little business parks/industrial parks in Harrogate where the right size place could be - try Beech Avenue Business Park, Camwal Road, Follifoot Ridge, Claro Road, Hornbeam Park and possibly even Beckwith Knowle. Camwal road is full of garages and car related businesses.
