Hi all,

I need to shift a couple of stone garden troughs and a millstone from one house to another. They aren’t too big but will definately be too heavy to go in a car (and will probably be a 3+ man lift without specialist equipment). Before searching Yell etc I thought I’d see if anyone here had any experience/contacts of specialists who can move this sort of stuff. Both locations are LS16 (<2 miles apart).

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks all.

I'd source a pallet, lift trough etc onto pallet and secure with ratchet straps. Get some strong timber or metal box section to put through pallet to act as handles either side. Should be stable this way
