Diesel specialist? Leeds/Wakefield/Cas area???

Can someone recommend somewhere that can do diesel injector testing/refurbing in or around the LS26 area. Thats Leeds/Wakey/Cas or nearby.

My Volvo V70D5 is having cold start issues and doing my head in.

I've already had a chat to Wakefield Diesel Centre and they seem ok but always good to get a recommendation of someone.

wakey diesel is where most of the other garages take their cars to ,dealwith the main man tho, gary i thnk , his side kick is a proper idiot

I did find them and they quoted me £150 just to test the injectors.

Ended up taking it over to these chaps very early this morning.

They diagnosed a leaky number 2 injector (£78 for that!) They can recondition them for £110, 30 miles away though so really difficult for me to leave the car with them. Anyway, I've managed to source a recon injector from a place in Manchester. Delivered for £165 with £50 back for my injector. Has a 12month guarantee. Obviously means I have to fit it myself but seems easy enough, providinging it's not seized.

hi you should of tryed yorkshire diesel and auto services in morley behind the asda. the staff are really helpfull if you go down speak to chris the owner hes a nice bloke? they do everything from injectors and pumps and to engine fittment. they fixed my mates 08 plate shogun when another garage said the engine was buggerd. www.ydas.co.uk they also get alot of work from other garages with them being a diesel specialist and they have a good electrician
