Used florescent strip lights?

Have been on Google for a few hours now, Leeds - Bradford area. Anyone know where I can buy a job lots of tube lights the type in factory's schools etc.. Just got a lock-up and the old owners have taken all the lights so need about 16 of them. 4 or 6 foot one would be fine. I just can't find anyone selling used ones. want them cheep as only renting the place.

Any ideas? someone must be stripping all the old abandoned buildings round me in Bradford?
