Hi all,

I've just tried to call Well Lane turbo centre and the number has been disconnected?

Does anyone know what's happened to them?

I'm in need of a 4x4 Rolling Road and someone that can set up / upgrade / fettle my Escort Cosworth before i have it shipped over to Australia in a few weeks.

can anyone recommend anywhere else close to Leeds that would be able to do it?

cheers.

Well lane closed down when the recession hit, but have opened up again recently so may be on a different number.
What exactly they are doing now I don't know, but they were always crap anyhow. If you do need to know and can't get through let me know as I work about a mile away so can find out.

Try these guys here: http://www.rstuning.co.uk/ just off Armley Gyratory. I've never used them, but will give them a go myself soon.
I know a guy who maps live on the road who's very good, but in Chesterfield.

Friends of mine use RS and all seem happy with the service given.

Ahhhh bloody sad, Billy was a nice bloke, wonder where Barry his chief mechanic is now? Spent many hours there in my RS days!

Does RS Tuning cover wider makes?

I'm thinking of having a Revo map applied my diesel barge A6 3.0....

Are they well rated as a tuner? I've never had a remap before, but would like somewhere that can do a before / after on the rolling road and a wider set of checks whilst it is done, if that makes sense?

Did you end up using RS tuning? If so, would you reccomend them? On a side note, how many local folk would be up for a group dyno day at some point?

Yes, I did use them and he's very good.

I'd recommend him for both tuning and mechanical work, did a great job on the cosworth and I was happy when the bill came too... Which was a surprise.

Car arrives in oz in a couple of weeks so I'm looking forward to getting to use it again.
